Chatbot Analytics: Reading What Your Bot Is Actually Telling You
A practical service for teams who suspect their chatbot data contains useful information but have no idea where to start looking.
Most teams look at chatbot dashboards and see numbers without context. Our group programs are built around 6–8 practitioners working through real monitoring scenarios together, with structured facilitation across 4-week cycles.
Each program runs with a fixed cohort — no open enrollment mid-cycle — so group dynamics stay intact and peer learning compounds over time.

Setting up monitoring that actually catches problems before users start complaining about them in support tickets.
Chatbot performance isn't a single number — it's a cluster of signals that only make sense when you compare them across conversation types, time windows, and user segments. Groups in our programs work with 12 distinct metric categories over 4 weeks.
Each cohort builds a shared monitoring framework by week 3, tested against real data from participants' own deployments — not synthetic datasets.
Week 1 opens with every participant mapping their current chatbot stack — platform, data access, and the 3 metrics they already watch. This baseline takes 90 minutes and shapes the rest of the program.
Weeks 2 and 3 run as structured labs — 8 participants split into pairs, each pair analyzing a different failure mode category. Findings are presented back to the full group for cross-pollination.
Week 4 delivers a documented monitoring framework — built collectively by the cohort — that each participant takes back to their own team. It covers 12 metric categories with decision thresholds specific to their deployment context.
Cohort sizes are capped at 8 participants, so we do a brief intake call before confirming your spot. It takes about 20 minutes and helps us match you to the right program cycle.
