Ualtimos Pirentex provides a group online platform focused on chatbot analytics and performance monitoring. Our services include collaborative workspaces, structured group sessions, analytics dashboards, performance reporting tools, and facilitated learning experiences. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are permitted to access and use the platform for your personal or internal business purposes related to chatbot analytics, performance monitoring, and collaborative learning.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or connected systems
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without prior written consent

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the services without express written authorization

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or data available through the services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ualtimos Pirentex and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account management features within the platform. Upon termination, your right to access and use the services will cease immediately.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breach of these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply after termination.

15. Governing Principles and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law, without reference to any specific national legal system. In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
